My ex tormented me for years over child support and visitation. The CS increases were predictable based on any improvement in my living standard of extreme poverty despite a 6 figure salary and her marriage to someone who made significantly more than I did.
Visitation was rarely enforced and it was often months between the times I saw them. It was a crapshoot or if she needed the time for herself.

My nephew is marrying a first generation Asian girl. Beautiful, and she and her family love him. I can see nothing but happiness and family teamwork for their future...
Taking it all into perspective, my advice to my grandson's are to vet their future spouse carefully. A bit of passion isn't worth the heartache and financial slavery some of the women (fembots) of today put men through today in order to live THEIR dream....
I went through torture with a divorce, ex litigated literally everything, scorched earth, fake accusations, and in the end, the judge read her the riot act and I have my daughter. She threatens all sorts of nastiness and expects six figures for something she instigated. I was blind sided and more than that she held my child hostage for four years.
I had to jump through every hoop. If there is justice in America and all are equal under the law, I would like to see trial lawyers reigned in and the family court system is a travesty if you have a Y chromosome. its time for a revolution.
There was a movie a Freeper sent me (documentary) called DivorceCorp that reveals the incestuous relationship between the family trial bar, the judges, and the so called social and financial experts that generally the guy get to pay for in order to sue himself through his ex wife attorney and pay the experts to ravage his life. Did I mention that generally the man has to pay for all of this?
Let me know where and when to show up to rail against this unjust system. That said, my lawyer was kind and caring, and the judge I had was probably the only non-feminist (and male!) judge in the county in which my ex did her number on me.

Niece is in the middle of a frozen divorce. He is a Child Abuser, they have a 1 teen 15 in July, Duchenne’s MD, which is the worse form. He beats him, kid is scared to death of the DOPE addict Ex-con Drunk. The girl is 9 naive, he’s taken across state lines to his relatives to buy DOPE. He is stalking them. DHS was called in lawyers scattered like roaches when you turn on the lights. Negated Restraining order. Kid weighs 80 lbs soaking wet, his mom might weigh 100 to his 200+ lbs.
Stole last years joint income tax,leaving them broke. then Falsified this years, to get the Stimulus money for all 4, when by rights half is her’s. Kid sleeps with a butcher knife he steals out of the kitchen draw.
Why should he have any rights when the 2 kids are TERRIFIED OF HIM? Court said supervised in public, he wants weekends. Kid wants Emancipation which he has to be 16.
It is not always the woman at fault. Our courts are broken. I never asked for 1 dime over what the court set $200. He ran off and never laid eyes on his 2 boys till the day I laid our 16 year old in the Ground because some Sociopath wanted the thrills to see what it was like to kill. Next day gone, been 32 yrs since he saw his other son. We have no idea where he is and could care less. Doesn’t know he has a 18 yr old grandson.
Not everyone is meant to be a parent.
NO one who abuses a child has the right to see them unless it’s supervised in Public.

Every situation is different and there are two or more sides to every story....but in general the father(all cases should require dna verification) is raked over the coals, loses custody, oversight, decision making, the kids themselves and has to pay for it all...the ex wives gain an economic slave and do what they want with the extorted monies...the father, if he is lucky, gets to be a glorified babysitter when needed...why any man would want to get married and have children is puzzling if they did one ounce or research into the coming divorce...
