That’s usually true of True Pundit and almost always true for the Ministry of Propaganda.

If a PhD researcher can write down her complaint at all, much succinctly so we can understand it, I don’t put any credibility in her allegation.
Every single well known senior head of a research unit has some malcontent who worked under him/her trying to get ahead of his her her own incompetence by alleging fraud and theft.

Many years ago the French isolated the HIV virus. A year later Gallo claimed to have discovered a link between HIV and AIDS. Gallo used the French sample but denied it. Fauci supported him but the evidence was clear.
The French were awarded the the Nobel for their work. Gallo objected, and once again was supported by Fauci. I wouldn’t trust Fauci as far as I could throw him. Many agree.
