Tens of dollars

Two manufacturers of the generic — Novartis and Teva — are donating millions of doses of hydroxychloroquine in the fight against the Wuhan virus. Novartis is donating one hundred and thirty million doses — Teva another ten million doses.

In other words, there’s no windfall coming Trump’s way. Not even tens of dollars.

You would have to be a quarter-wit to think Trump is doing this for the money.

I know this topic has been posted about a few times on FR within the past week, but co-workers, two out of several of whom are tenth-wits, went on about how Trump is profiting from the dangerous, evil hydroxychloroquine in a team Skype call.

I wish I had this fact about Novartis and Teva top of mind and the points to extrapolate from it:

1) Trump cannot make any money when major pharm companies are donating hundreds of millions of doses because it pressures other companies to do the same and lowers an already low price for a drug that is off patent.

2) These companies stand by the safety of the drug if they are willing to give it away.

3) These companies anticipate many doctors are going to eagerly prescribe it because they believe the drug is safe and works.

4) These companies believe the drug will work and they will earn goodwill.

5) Drug companies are not as greedy as many would believe. They are giving away this drug for free and are not trying to sell people on some alternative drug they may make that might also work but is not off patent and they can earn big bucks on.

May you have better luck in recalling the above than I when your co-workers, silly sister-in-law, former Trump-supporting friend who is freaking out to the point where they are starting to be influenced by their own silly sister-in-law, etc. tries to argue with you about Trump's nefarious interest in pushing hydroxychloroquine.

The Left isn’t calling on those eval pharmas for dispensing the unqualified drugs? We will now have the problem of thousands of people living illegitimate lives. Should they be denied the right to vote? They are supposed to be dead and properly would be if not forced to take that illegitimate nonWoke drug.

President Trump has a mutual fund which is invested into a pharmaceutical company that makes hydroxychloroguine. It is estimated that the Trump’s total investment, as part of the mutual fund is roughly 300-$1500, that exactly isn’t screaming big bucks to me and certainly isn’t a big bucks investment to a billionaire real estate developer.

This is just TDS on display here.

That is all it is

Billionaire Trump’s stock share is less than $500 in the HCQ company. This is another failed attempt to attack the president who saved millions of lives with his early China-travel ban and his publicizing of HCQ for those suffering the virus.
How corrupt these haters are. They shall be punished.

To stop the return of manufacturing of products back to the US that went to China. China backers here who will be hit hard are also falsely claiming that Trump’s alleged stock ownership in a quinine pills maker claim its a controlling interest in a product to be totally ineffective and when used requires a severe restriction of movement when near a possible carrier known as a shutdown because of its rapid transmission .
