Its most mocked moment involves Biden discussing his love of Fig Newtons, which he likes because he can “sneak” them without aides or family members chastising him. The story only makes him sound roughly 900 years old. It does, I suppose, get points for authenticity, the antithesis of Hillary Clinton’s “I keep hot sauce in my bag” shtick. But that’s the problem: The authentic Biden, a 78-year-old who loves Fig Newtons and Congress, seems increasingly divorced from life in America, and even more so in post-coronavirus America.
Other anecdotes were genuinely alarming, including Biden admitting that he “tries to get out of bed by 8 o’clock every morning,” as if he deserves a medal.

Most podcasts suck, TBH. Many podcasters use way too many words - they get repetitive and boring. Biden’s podcast must suck extra though - nothing he has to say is remotely important.

I saw an interview with Andrew Breitbart. He said leftist talk shows and talk radio always fail for a very specific reason.
He said about 90% of Limbaugh and all the other Conservative talk radio shows operate on the principle that the MSM is 100% in the tank for the democrats and is a near constant stream of lies. Conservative talk radio is almost completely telling the truth about current events and explaining it a way that no MSM outlet will do.
This means that leftist efforts like Air America quickly turn into a boring NPR type of program. They are merely repeating what the entire media universe is saying. As he put it, “what are they going to say? That one channel out of 753 channels has it wrong?”
I think he nailed it. And Biden’s show will fail.
One very predictable result would be Mr. Biden succumbing quickly to the virus, followed shortly by Hillary's coronation - oops, I mean inauguration...

not only is it truly AWFUL podcast, but he can’t seem to get them out any more often than once a week, but i suppose that probably a good thing in this particular case, akin to the company that’s losing money on every sale, so decides to make up the difference with volume ...
