The Coronavirus crisis took the US by storm, spiking unemployment and crashing the stock market virtually over night.
The media is bombarding Americans around the clock with updates on the death count, highlighting death maps and scaring people into staying home.
Governors are forcing small businesses to shut down and threatening to jail anyone who violates their authoritarian social distancing orders.
The media hysteria is based on a Bill Gates-funded IHME Coronavirus model that has been proven to be way off.
It gets worse…
The amount of Americans who are reported to have died from the Coronavirus is based on a CDC coding system that will “result in COVID-19 being the underlying cause more often than not.”
A new ICD code was established to keep track of Coronavirus deaths.
The U07.1 code will be used for death by Coronavirus infection.

Guess that elimates The Flu deaths for the rest of the season. Sloppy lazy practices exist within all industry. This one tied nicely with Trumps order to pay for hospital care of the uninsured. Now the hospitals can generate cad with sloppy diagnosis.

Hospitals will be under INTENSE financial pressure to treat as many deaths as they can as COVID deaths, in order to be reimbursed by federal funds -- ESPECIALLY hospitals which get lots of Medicaid and uninsured patients.

The nCoV ID should be included on all PUI and Case Report Forms, specimen testing submission documents (i.e., form 50.34 or GFAT) and shipping labels. All specimens need an nCoV ID for submission to CDC laboratories for testing.I read this a merely a warning to the lab folks and care providers to be extra careful, as this sample may be more dangerous than usual, or this patient may be more infectious than usual.
Still, I can see this as contributing to the hysteria.
Then you are definitively contributing the the problem as the positive rate of CoVId testing is 10-12%. So I truly hope you are not filing out the death certificates. Often wrong never in doubt is a poor way to practice medicine.
Further proof CV tests are precious few. Not enough for the living so don’t waste them on the dead.
A local board here was full of people complaining they couldn’t get tested even though they had the symptoms or were around the 3-4 people who were confirmed for the county. So many were sick but are turned away from medical care until they are in respiratory stress which is too late. The county/s health dept. authority has said the same about not tests but many, many more cases here.
What if someone is hit by a car or shot in a robbery, then dies ... but coronoavirus is later found in them ...

So are all of those formerly ILI attributable deaths now classified as Covid-19 deaths?
If you look at all of the negative tests in this country, they must have some virus similar to Covid-19 in order to get tested.
Ultimately, could this cause the Covid-19 death rate to be overstated and something like influenza understated?
