What the heck is “Chinese diaspora”? It is a gigantic, shape shifting, multi-focal disease vector, which is mass produced by unskilled labor. It quickly parasitizes healthy, more intelligent hosts who tend to be very blind to the cruel consequences of Faustian bargains.

Of course it’s related.
Lombardy has the vast majority of cases and has a more than 10% foreign born population and that’s legal documented ones.
This includes at least 70,000 born in China.
It is not this population per se but the refusal of the EU to curtail travel from China.
