China has closed most of the makeshift hospitals opened to receive coronavirus patients in the epidemic’s epicentre as the number of new infections in the country hit a record low.
There were 40 new cases nationwide, the National Health Commission said Monday, the lowest number of fresh cases since it started reporting the data in January.

Of course we distrust the Chinese media, but even as they are, they are still more trustworthy than ours.
But of course, when discussing both, we are dealing with trustability ratings requiring three places past the decimal point (with a mandatory zero leading the point) , with the overall rating range going from zero to one.

Just to be sure, I actually looked “punge” up before posting. Evidently it is urban slang for rubbing a cat’s belly. I don’t think that’s what the author of the article was referring to.
