These remarks by @SenSchumer were inexcusable. Chief Justice Roberts was right to call him on his comments. I hope the Senator, whom I’ve long admired and consider a friend, apologizes and takes back his implicit threat. It’s beneath him and his office.
All federal judges are protected by the US Marshalls service. They are “officers of the court” and responsible directly to judges for many of their actions.
New York has a “Red Flag” law, it went into effect last August. As law enforcement officers US Marshalls have standing to seek a court petition to remove any firearms that senator Schumer might own from the senator’s possession.
Use the libs own stupidity against them.
Schumer, God is about to abort you.
Only if the spineless continue to allow it.

Schumer’s inciting to violence / personal injury crap (along with that Looser Lib in Colorado a day or two ago about spreading COVID19) keeps marching the left closer and closer to a fight they DON’T want to start

Sounds like a great excuse for an early morning swat raid. Complete with all those cools toys like HK MP5 subguns, $10k night vision, level 4 body armor and of course helicopter gunships. You know, the stuff they use on REPUBLICANS!
The ONLY thing a reasonable person can take from what Schmuck was saying, is direct violence and/or death to Gorsuch and Kavenough or their families.
Not sure why Mr Schumer went for Kavanaugh and Gorsuch. Thomas and Alito have a much more extensive collection of originalist opinions and decisions.
Charles Ellis Schumer is very afraid of something. We’ll find out sooner or later what it is, and it’s apparent that Chuck believes that’s going to be sooner.
Maybe that’s not a bad idea. After all, that’s kinda how this country was founded.
Too bad nobody has the stomach for that.

Because they were appointed by Trump. Take basic Trump Derangement Syndrome, couple it with Abortion Absolutism, and you get crazy raised to a level that leads to a rationalization of violence.
If we’re getting this kind of insanity in supposedly responsible public figures, it’s not hard to see why we’ve had crazies like that jagoff who shot up Congressman Scalise a couple of years back.
And its only going to get worse. Especially if Ruth Bader Ginsburg moves on to her eternal reward.
