Is it Trump Derangement Syndrome or racists mocking? Only the lady in green really knows

I actually watched the entire conference the other day. I'm pretty sure she was mocking the Indian guy because he used his moment in the sun to ask Trump about his visit to India. This was a conference about the CORONA VIRUS. This was a conference about the US response and plans about the CORONA VIRUS. This was not a generic presser.

Truth be told, when I watched it, I thought to myself "This idiot isn't even going to ask a question about the TOPIC of the press conference"

That can be said of the media daily. Trump can sign major legislation and he gets 10 questions on impeachment or some such political nonsense. Typically the reporter takes the Dem talking points and attacks him, like Acosta or zoo zoo zang from CB.S.

Yeah, but how is that any different than a U.S. or BBC reporter going off-topic to criticize President Trump?

I think our POTUS entitled to a few compliments and off-topic questions. But it shouldn’t be over-done.

My guess is the girl in green was complaining about that very point, but she doesn’t recognize that Accosting Acosta and his ilk do it all the time.

And to your point, I can’t mind-read. And the criticize people for mind-reading the President. My bad.

I saw the press conference, and also thought the guy was asking about something that was off topic. That being said, I was pleased with President Trump's response. He could have just dismissed the question as being irrelevant to the subject at hand, but he didn't do that. Instead he was very complimentary of the people of India, and expressed his appreciation for the hospitality that was shown to him during the trip. He then concluded his answer by politely saying that he wanted to address questions related to the efforts to contain the Corona virus. If he had been dismissive of the man's question, the Dems would have jumped all over him for treating the man poorly, and of course, called him a racist.

Trump graciously responded to the Indian reporter but also said to the group they needed to stay focused on the virus before he went on for other questions.

Anyone could understand why the Indian Journalist ceased the moment......after all Trump is the one who singled him out first. Additionally the people in India were very proud to have Trump visit, so no wonder the Journalist wanted to draw attention to Trumps visit.

Same here. I watched it live and rolled my eyes when the Indian journalist not only didn't ask a question related to the presser but made more of a statement rather than asking a question.
