Its Bernie Sanders versus the Democratic National Committee again, and as in 2016, many congressional Democrats arent taking his side.
Sanders has argued that whoever gets the most delegates even if they fall short of the DNCs threshold should be crowned the nominee for president. But House and Senate Democrats, for the most part, insist that the party stick with the rules that were rewritten specifically to address complaints of bias against Sanders in 2016.

1968, I remember the Democratic Convention. Popcorn, more popcorn
Sort of funny the Democrats call for a popular vote election for POTUS does not apply to how they choose their candidate.
I was born in 1968. I have never witnessed a real convention. I remember watching some of the 1980 conventions and thinking what a bore fest they were.
Meh.
Have the DNC buy Sanders another home. Make it a real nice one.
That’s silenced his whining in the past.
We just need the MC5 to get back together to play warm up for the protesters - “Kick out the jams mother ...”
‘Super Delegates’ sounds so much nicer than ‘Cronies’. No wonder they can still sale socialism after 100 million murders. They have effective marketing!
Could come down to who can write the biggest check. The DNC super delegates might be in for a big payday.
1968, I remember the Democratic Convention. Popcorn, more popcorn
I was thinking the *exact* same thing. Riots...teargas...oh,wouldn't that be beautiful!
Looking forward to it.
Maybe the Dems can wall off a section of Guantanamo Bay and build him a nice house on the Gulf. Hey, the guy's always saying how great Cuba and the Castro boys are. Let him live down there a while.
Closed door meetings, meet again, meet again, finally have him down by one vote, vote.
Popcorn? If corona is still around come convention time, you really think people from 50 states are going to have a giant convention and yell and scream at each other? This could really cause some problems.
Dems haven’t trusted ‘the people’ in decades...they always stack the deck for corrupt ‘elites’...
