In the future, can we agree that to decide which team an individual can play for, all we need is a cheek swab, not a gender dictionary?

In October, 2019, the US Supreme Court heard arguments about “whether the definition of sex in U.S. law includes sexual orientation and gender identity.” (Elizabeth Slattery in The Daily Signal, October 8, 2019)

Here’s a hint: no, it doesn’t.

In the interest of clarity, here are some definitions and observations.

It is a mental illness. Suddenly we are giving validation to mentally ill people. It’s mental illness to think that you are suddenly a girl when you were born a boy, or vice versa.

The rubber is starting to hit the road finally as girls of school-age are starting to sue the schools and universities for allowing boys into their sports - good for them

Here’s the other area where lawsuits are flying- why the hell would you ever let males in a female bathroom? these are perverts!

Forcing me to affirmatively participate in someone else’s delusion will not cure their mental illness.

For clarity, there are some folks who are BORN with genetic anomalies.
Its’ not solely XX & XY.
It’s rare, some don’t survive birth, some die shortly thereafter.
But, there are chromosomally(?) anomalous folks in this world.

Now, those folks may have a claim to something if a law is written to recognize only XX & XY.

All the others are bat shiite crazy.

The funniest part of this, to me, is the fact that it absolutely can’t include all of those definitions, since they all conflict with each other. You can’t protect “gender identity” and also protect biological sex at the same time. Neither can you protect “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” at the same time.

Allow a trannie to play womens’ sports and you have failed to defend the womens’ rights. Special protections for gays also become meaningless, because if anyone can claim whatever gender they like, they can also claim to be “gay” by just changing their “gender indentity” and not having to alter their behavior at all.

Remember those “hostile work environment” laws everyone has had to go to training about for the last couple decades? Did the left seriously think those would just magically not apply when a business forces a woman to use the bathroom with male sex perverts just because Obama wrote a memo?
