As LS put it some time ago, you can have Trump's agenda or you can have Hillary and her co-horts in jail.
I'll take Trump's agenda.
Hillary is in a living hell because Trump cleaned her clock in 2016 and she will NEVER be president.
Now we are MAGA!

The left will never be investigated, arrested or tried. There is multi tiered injustice system in the USA.

why no indictments? Because we are NOT winning as much as we think. And we don’t nearly have the amount of “right” people on our side as we need.
To: NewJerseyJoe
Preparing the battle field with new judges is one reason.
Attacking a criminal machine that, at a minimum, has been 70 years in the making is another.
When the first serious indictment comes down all heck will break loose,
the cockroaches will scatter, the flying monkeys will be loosed
and any evidence not already found will be deep sixed.
It will be a war.

Correct. The here and now is much more important than putting Hillary in jail.
But what we are getting now is Trump’s agenda obstructed by the Deep State and their enablers in Congress.
We’ve seen Trump’s DNI and Fed picks rejected by his own party, rank insubordination in the DOD, years long obstruction and criminality in the “Trump” DOJ, CIA and State backed impeachment hoax, etc., etc.
Reigning in The Resistance and effectively advancing the MAGA agenda has to be the priority.
We should not avoid the ugly truth that President Trump has very little control of much of the executive branch. To gain firm control of the executive branch the coupists and their fellow travelling Never Trumpers in the GOP must be engaged.

No skewer. At least it’s intelligent thought. Perhaps Trump wanted a lot more judges before he found too many liberals in the upper courts would have otherwise squashed his efforts. Maybe. Perhaps. Could be. Plausible.

Waiting for judges to be confirmed---
I believe that is a huge part of it.
I think the other half is waiting for the Democratic
caucuses and primaries to boot Biden out of the race.
I am hoping to be right in believing this will happen months
before the election so we can watch all the resignations
(from both parties) to flood in from undisclosed remote locations.
If we lose the Senate (Doubtful) it will become very hard
for The Executive Branch to prosecute these criminals.
If that were to happen, Trump would have to start
declassifying and release massive amounts of documents to
stir up a public outcry for justice.
Everyone must remember 1 very important reason the left is
going insane and becoming violent, RGB. Ginsburg can not
last another 4 years and without control of the Senate
they can not stop him from appointing another
conservative justice to fill Her seat. If they lose the
Courts, game over. They will lose the ability to block Federal
requirements to prove registered voters are eligible, Living, Residents of their State who cast their
own ballot.
I fully expect RBG to resign If Trump is reelected and the
Senate remains under republican control. and most certainly
if Democrats lose control of the only thing they have left,
the House.
Please God, Let this come to be.
I dream of the day, That Certain media outlets suddenly go
up for sale, change owners and reshape their programing.

Don’t let the cynics bother you, Joe. They’ll be proven wrong in the end. Your point about the judiciary needing to be changed before proceeding is a valid point. There are other reasons for the delay as well, not the least of which is that it takes time to build rock solid indictments that will lead to convictions. Durham indictments are scheduled for late spring/early summer, Assange’s extradition hearing takes place later this month, and the Dim’s are out of ammo. The doom and gloomers will find something else to be unhappy about once the indictments come, but they are coming.

Gotta get the i’s and t’s in order and much of the web probably intersects where a lot of cases need to be polished and presented as a package to keep leaks from saving some asses. The Courts are important but I doubt that such high profile cases will be able to be coopted by a judge here and there.

Can we just dispense with this idea of a “Durham Report”.
He is a prosecutor. There will be no report - it will be indictments.
