At least, though, I suspect that prior to the Ukraine imbroglio she could have located Ukraine on a map. My guess that many of those who are just so upset and distraught about the (temporary) withholding of the aid could not do so.
(Me? - I’ve been to the place at least a half dozen times - yeah I know where it is and have been the subject of its corruption.)
