I am much more paranoid than you are. My N95’s, goggles, Tyvek suits, Nitrile gloves, Duct tape, Overshoes, etc are sitting on my ebola preparedness shelf.Same here, right next to the expired Mountain House chili from Y2K. ;)

30 year shelf life. Still good. 10 years to go on shelf life but probably good for 50+ years as basic nutrition... flavor just degrades a bit.
