Assuming permission, I’m gonna repeat your post :^)

Here’s my dumb question: If Pelosi had the votes to impeach President Trump, why didn’t she have them vote to authorize the impeachment inquiry?
**********************************************************************************
The house had already voted (3 times IIRC) DJT inauguration, on impeachment. It was rejected 3 times already. Nazi Nancy most likely did not have the votes, and did not want to risk another rejection—needed to move the plan along.

Through the fake impeachment process, they thought they could drum up sufficient support to pressure enough people to change their vote.

The House already voted 4 times on impeachment.....starting when Donald came down the Trump Tower escalator with Melania.....(smirk).
It was rejected 3 times by the time Donald got down to business in the Oval Office and began undoing the Obama (gag) legacy.
The dumb Democraps figured support would skyrocket w/ the recent blather-fest to pressure enough people to change their vote.

The dumbo plan was to peel off shaky Republicans but that backfired bigly.
Never have Republicans been more united behind a president than right now.

The Master Plan was to dirty up the president for the election and parlay the situation down-ticket as voters climbed aboard.

REALITY CHECK: Trump's ace numbers-cruncher Brad Parscale announced a 20-30 point uptick for Donald in the latest numbers.
Republican fund-raising is going through the roof.

UPSHOT Some Democraps in swing districts are reading the want ads as we type.
Nanzi is sleeping with gavel under her pillow one last time.

As Philbin pointed out, a House committee has to first be authorized by a vote of the House, and this is important to prevent “runaway” committees.

When pelosi repeatedly stated that they, the house don’t need to vote, Mark Levin was all over this on his radio show. Seems that pelosi just “deemed” it so...again.

Somebody needs to translate this argument into one-syllable words, because it’s apparently too complicated for Pierre Delecto to understand.

The Trump Team have such an overwhelming sense of peace and calm. They were a joy to listen to after 24 hours of overwrought ranting by the Pelosi Possee

Yep - also explains why they didn’t pursue legal recourse to force the handing over of documents and witnesses - they had no legal standing and they knew it.
Instead of getting shot down in the courts, they opted for the propaganda spree - which the defense had deep-sixed on them.

Not in an impeachment where Executive Privilege is in question.

Advantage Trump for his defense only taking a couple of hours and letting them go.

And immediately Shif went out to the hall to do a 4 hour presser.
