The senate must thoroughly expunge the impeachment from the Congressional Record
Democrat prosecutors claim their “right to a fair trial.”
An hour before the trial begins, Adam Schiff, the impeachment manager, demanded that the president and House Democrats be given a fair hearing.
The problem is, the House Democrats are not being tried—Donald Trump is.
They’re entitled to military tribunals before the mass hanging, and nothing more.
This is treason in broad daylight. There will be hell to pay.
Yes I wish Trumps lawyers had said that. A fair TRIAL for the accused. If the prosecution messes up that’s THEIR FAULT since the accused is presumed innocent.
If the pubbies were smart (which they’re not) they’d be preparing not only the impeachment of the next dem president, but his/her guilty verdict and ceremonial removal from the white house with armed guards.
A “Fair trial” would instantly dismiss the articles as unconstitutional and would chastise the house for a partisan unfair and secretive process without due rights for the President.
