The first requirement for political success in Utah, regardless of party affiliation, is one’s standing with the Brothers and Sisters— with the possible exception of Salt Lake. For state wide office it is absolutely essential that the candidate be a true son or daughter of Zion.

Actually that would be a best case scenario.

I think that it’s far more likely that she is a far left infiltrator based on some of her previous actions.

Deep State has it’s tentacles deep in the GOP establishment. Bad news is he’s not up for reelection until 2024, but with this impeachment hoax performance will probably be the media darling over the McConnell/Graham leadership of the trial process.

Oh he is, is he?

I once thought so.

I am fully convinced that the man is a run of the mill true vanilla coward. And when the uniparty is doing something violent and nasty on American Soil he not even there to vote present.

There have been a number of cases of this and I began turning off his radio show (does he even still do that?) Long ago.

I had hoped that he would grow a pair and prove me wrong, but the man was nowhere to be heard in the opening days of the Waco Biker massacre and I don’t even recall Jay Sekulow showing up late to the party.

We do. He was acting on our behalf when the alleged “crimes and misdemeanors” took place. Therefore it is our (taxpayers) obligation to provide for his defense. But in Trump’s case he’ll probably cover it himself.

Dershowitz: He[PDJT] has to commit criminal type behavior. When the Constitution says "or other high crimes and misdemeanors," "others" obviously suggests that it has to be much like treason or bribery. It can't be anything as broad and vague as obstruction of Congress or abuse of power - those are precisely the kinds of criteria that the framers rejected.

This seems pretty clear to me as to where Dershowitz stands on the matter. There could also be some value, in a liberal attorney involving himself in the defense, for senators representing purple states.

Artcore wrote: And right on schedule FRs own Wet Blanket Brigade is here to offer their doom and gloom. And let’s be honest, these malcontents would bit*h no matter who Trump picked! They’ve done this crap since the beginning!

Why don’t you pu$$ies assume the fetal position and stick your thumbs in your mouths !

Okay Artcore.

I haven't been down on the trial since the beginning, but these people are long time Uniparty stooges. Explain to us why you support the move which was enacted to ban George Zimmerman's mother and uncle from the courtroom during the Zimmerman/Martin trial. That had to get Pam Bondi’s permission. I think it was done because both of them are Peruvian native mixed with Caribbean blacks and both are darker than the Obamas.

Tell us why you support Pam Bondi’s move on that.

You may as well answer it now because your post is going to be quoted as an example of who supports this, and this question will be repeated on every thread about the defense team until you come up with a satisfactory answer.

I will reiterate the question for you:

Why does Artcore think it was Okay to bar George Zimmerman's dark skinned mother and uncle from his trial?

UH-OH!

“I think it overstates it to say I’m a member of the Trump team. I was asked to present the constitutional argument that I would have presented had Hillary Clinton been elected and had she been impeached,” Dershowitz said in an interview today with Dan Abrams (mediaite.com)

I completely believe Virginia giuffre and I have plenty of reason to.

Dershowitz is a bad human. His expertise in legal or constitutional issues does not make up for it.

I wouldn’t presume to know the scoop on him.

You may be exactly right.

If so, he certainly doesn’t belong.

Nobody will bring it up, because it would splash onto the Clintons.

He goes after good causes when its safe.
But the man is a coward and his cowardice is disappointing.

When the going gets tough, the poseurs had to be someplace else that day.

And when a massive posse of law enforcement opened fire at a political meeting and then tried (but ultimately failed) to pass that off as a gang rumble Jay Sekulow had other priorities.

Now, you can trry to convince me that he merely has a problem percieving where the biggest threats are.

I believe that he’s a coward.
