What can be expected when people even refuse to take care of themselves?
If a person is working, they have an ID.
If a person is on government Aid, they have an ID.
If a person is in school, they have an ID.
Who are these people without IDs?
The only people that you can find without any ID are usually people who live under bridges, those mentally incompetent (who ought to be in a facility), and those with tin-hats who think the government can monitor them via the chip on IDs.
I think you could go into any major American city with 100,000 residents and find less than 40 individuals without an ID (mostly the homeless crowd or nutcases). I have at least six different forms of ID that would be accepted by state or federal authorities. Since age 16, I’ve had an ID.

White liberal elites don’t talk to citizens who live in the black community ... at best they talk ‘black leaders’ - people who parrot the ‘white liberal elite’ line.

No argument here. I am in favor of a significant outreach to people who don’t have IDs. Document people and provide a chip-less, voter ID card. Make EVERYONE get one. Start after the next federal election and take four years to get it done.
I have to get my license renewed every five years...put it on the list.
You have to have an ID to get EBT/food stamp card. You have to have an ID to have a bank account. Even in states that offer free ID’s to low income folks the DEMS still incist it’s discriminatory to require an ID to vote.
Yet, blacks have ID to buy liquor, guns, cars, welfare, etc.
This is all about democraps knowing illegal aliens are voting.
I know many churches where I live give away free food and most of them say ID required. The one Lutheran church parking lot is packed every Saturday with folks walking out with bags of free food.

Bingo! At 18 y.o. you don’t get cigarettes or beer or entrance to a bar without an ID. Meaning, they do have IDs.
In fact, many have multiple IDs with many different names.
It’s how to maximize those welfare benefits.

What’s more, every illegal alien knows, the first stop after jumping the border is the backalley fake ID store.
So it’s just laughably absurd & insultingly racist to suggest that poor or POC are quaking in fear & confusion about how to get an ID.
I used to get told by customers repeatedly that they didn’t have an ID. Wanted me to cash their SSI check, their money orders, or open a po box for them. I would get called all sorts of names. Even had the head of the Democrat Party for the county come down and tell me that I couldn’t make them show me ID. Fine, regulations require me to check that ID, take it up with the government.
The county gave out FREE voter ID with photos but that was too much work for certain people, i.e. lazy as sin deadbeats of every persuasion. You know that they had to have that ID to get their SSI and they had to have it to get their children in school. It isn’t just that they think blacks are stupid, they think we are all stupid.
The one good thing coming out of the Bush Admin was the phrase...”soft bigotry of low expectations.”
If that ain’t being a bigot, I don’t know what is.
