The only people that you can find without any ID are usually people who live under bridges, those mentally incompetent (who ought to be in a facility), and those with tin-hats who think the government can monitor them via the chip on IDs.
I think you could go into any major American city with 100,000 residents and find less than 40 individuals without an ID (mostly the homeless crowd or nutcases). I have at least six different forms of ID that would be accepted by state or federal authorities. Since age 16, I’ve had an ID.
No argument here. I am in favor of a significant outreach to people who dont have IDs. Document people and provide a chip-less, voter ID card. Make EVERYONE get one. Start after the next federal election and take four years to get it done.
I have to get my license renewed every five years...put it on the list.
