The ‘womens groups’ should have nipped it in the bud long ago BUT then they would be going against there self serving ‘message’ that women were just as athletic etc as men.
An excellent point was brought up in the School Board races in Virginia....(probably elsewhere also)
Why do so many school boards have members on them that have no children in the ‘game’?
Get a few activists on the School Board and no telling what the kids will be ‘allowed’ to do especially when the parents ‘don’t care’ (I am guilty of that also, I had 2 Daughters and NEVER once thought I or my wife should serve on the school board)
A DNA test would be final. It should be registered to the student and stay with their records.

I’ve thought for a long time that they should rename “Womens [Sport]” (fill in the [] with whatever sport) to:
XX Tennis
XX Swimming
XX Track
etc
Just call it XX and if you are not XX then you don’t compete in XX.

It was always about DNA as far as the Olympics were concerned. As it should be everywhere.
Competitions should depend on chromosomal gender period. Clearly, nothing else is fair. Blind people can’t compete in car racing, kids with Down syndrome can’t compete in chess. Life ain’t perfectly fair.
Thank God somebody finally showed some common sense. This thing of biological males calling themselves girls and thus being permitted to obliterate biological females on the field is insane and it’s destroying women’s sports. But (the few) women who stand up to it are ripped apart by the press and the left.
This law WILL survive the inevitable court challenges.
There is no law, federal or state, that compels any public or private institution or entity to recognize a “transgender” man as a woman.
It’s always been only the Obama DOJ that held this view, making it part of EEOC regulations.
And the Social Justice Warriors will be incensed. Foaming at the mouth livid.
And they will back off all suits once it fails at appeal because they will not risk a definitive USSC decision.

Republicans shouldnt touch this one. This one is a popcorn worthy thing to sit back and watch. This is going to backfire hugely, as normal, moderate people, including democrats, see it for what it is. I would just let this fester, it can only work in our favor.
The average man can break the average woman in half. The average very fit man can break the average very fit woman in half. To pretend otherwise is to deny science, to mock biology, and to risk harm to women.
