By the afternoon of December 19, the day after the House voted for impeachment, pundits in the media began noticing that since the articles of impeachment were not handed over to the Senate, this meant that President Trump was technically NOT impeached. Even the constitutional scholar that the Democrats had testify during their hearings, Noah Feldman, confirmed that until the Senate gets the articles of impeachment then he is NOT impeached.
So who was the FIRST to notice that Trump was NOT impeached. This video reveals that it was Brian Craig, co-host of the Steve Kane Radio Show in South Florida, who was the FIRST, at a little after 6 AM on December 19, to take note of the fact that Trump has NOT been impeached.

Dems know that, and deliberately didn’t hand over the “articles” because they know that the articles are invalid.
But it doesn’t matter. They and the media are going to declare Trump impeached from now till doomsday. And that’s all they care about.
This is a trick emanating from democratic strategist law professor Noah Feldman. Do not fall for it. The purpose is to lull McConnell into a slow walk of the process while the democrats’ fishing expeditions court cases wind their way through the courts. Trump was impeached. Now the Senate can acquit or dismiss right away. Do not delay.
I would love to see McConnel just dismiss the case in 5 minutes and be done with it. This doesn’t not need to be dragged out for months on end right before the election!

Trump was NOT impeached. Not until the impeachment papers get to McConnell and the senate.
It’s like a district attorney who gets a case after investigations of a perpetrator, and holds the case and doesn’t send it to court for a trial. No case in court, no trial, no indictment.
Exactly what the democrats will argue in court.
In the existing court cases they will argue they need the Mueller grand jury materials to prepare the house managers for the defense of the impeachment. And they will win unless the impeachment was dismissed or Trump was acquitted before the court rules. That is their plan. She is not holding up the process to make herself look good or for some imaginary leverage over the Senate which she does not have.
She’ll lose the argument immediately.
They argued and prepared their case in congress, and that’s the end of their part of the case.
Nothing else for Pelosi to do.
This is not about the impeachment process.
This is about the court cases that are currently being appealed by the House to get the Mueller grand jury raw transcripts.
Actually, the first to note the non-impeachment, was freeper P-marlowe, on the 18th of December. Marlowe is also a lawyer.

Pelosi has no strategy. She bit into more than she can chew. She’s stuck with a losing proposition and can’t think of a way out of it.
