I forget sometimes that Donald Trump is president.
I’ve tried to convince myself that this is intentional; a willful misremembering of reality necessary to process his span in office. There’d be a nobility there, I think, as this would suggest I’m so empathetic, so down, so woke, that I can’t even sleep without tricking myself into amnesia.

Have you forgiven Democrats for the poverty that black children grow up with in Democrat cities?
Or the high failure rates, abortion rates, and fatherlessness in Democrat run cities?
Have you ever bothered to compare the lives of blacks living in Democrat run cities to those run by Republicans?
Is all of this, which has been going on for decades of broken lives and broken promises, President Trump's fault, or the Democrats you keep reelecting?

I had three interactions with blacks today at a supplier’s business. TriCounty Metals (roofing) used to be run by two really nice white guys. Then, Trump happened and the white guys got moved up and they hired a plethora of new blacks. (The business is exploding with work.) All awesome people; really go out of their way to be helpful. This is SUCH a change from the Obama years.
Then, off to McDonalds. Not a white employee to be seen. Excellent service, good interactions. Again, a total change from the Obama years.
Then, off to Walmart. Probably half the employees are black. I get greeted with a smile, even though I am dressed for crawling under mobile homes.
Color me a happy customer.
