The Morning Joe producer would have had to hit the bleep button multiple times this morning to stop Steve Rattner from blurting out all the good news about the economy. Democrat Rattner, President Obama's former "car czar" and Morning Joe's resident economist, painted a very positive picture of the economy heading into the 2020 election.
Rattner even gave President Trump credit for the economy in various ways. And in statements likely to send Democrats scurrying for their emotional support animals, Rattner warned that the strong economy is "something for the Democrats to worry about," adding that the economy will be an electoral "tailwind" for President Trump, "whether we [Democrats] like it or not."

Rattner admits: good news for Americans is something for Democrats to “worry” about.
Ping to Liberal Media Criticism list.
Anti-American piles of excrement. That describes the entire Morning Joe panel.
LOL
The Democrats will have to try to collapse the economy again, like they did during the final months of the Bush II administration.
Why conservatives appear on those shows is beyond me.
Banjo Joe and his Zbignew faced wife probably nodded in agreement.
Sure they will.
Most concerning is the president’s safety.
I’m no elector expert, nor am I a pollster with a pulse on the sentiment of the people, but I think most of the pundits phrase the effects of the economy all wrong.
A good economy is not a positive for an incumbent Present.
However...
A bad economy is definitely a negative for an incumbent Present.
If this were a mathematical formula, the effect of the economy would be a factor of the measure of the health of the economy divided by one. In other words, subtracting a fraction of your favorability, where the fraction is greater the worse the economy is.
If you have been doing everything else right, and you also have a good economy, you wont be hurt by that like other incumbents have, and you will probably be re-elected.
People don’t pay much mind to a good economy in the voting booth. Nor do they personally thank the Present for them having a job.
On the other hand, people will pay mind to the economy in the voting booth when times are bad and punish the incumbent.
“Why conservatives appear on those shows is beyond me.”
More conservatives should appear on those shows. If a conservative is not strong enough to do it he should find another profession.
“More conservatives should appear on those shows. If a conservative is not strong enough to do it he should find another profession”.
If a conservative doesn’t realize they are wasting their time and nothing positive will come out of appearing on those shows, they should find another profession.
All they do by appearing is hold up already low ratings.
The Thomas Paine quote on your home page proves my point about why conservatives should not appear on those shows..
Gee I remember when people were HAPPY when we had a strong economy..now the commies want the economy to tank so Trump looks bad..I tell ya, everyday I say more and more we need to take this country and split it in half..they have their side, we have ours..we cant co-exist with these kind of roaches
We need fighters not losers.
A more disgusting group people can only be found over at The View.
“We need fighters not losers”.
We certainly do. And we need fighters who know how to fight smart. Thomas Paine knew.

You’re exactly right. We can’t coexist with people who want to destroy us, our freedoms, our security and our prosperity....and much more.
The left (and even a good portion of “republicans”) are the greatest enemy to America. To say that harming the nation and citizens is a good thing justifiable by politics is sickening.
Well I disagree but hey that’s OK. Some like the safety of their sheltered isolated communities. I prefer warriors who will bring it to the enemy on the enemy’s turf. Unfortunately we have few who will do it besides Trump.
