Those don’t look like cheeks, they look like bags under her eyes. My guess is that the plastic surgeon was looking a pair of boobs of an 84 year old woman (or Hillary’s, who knows)when they were created.

That photo is computer sculptured....they went too far. It’s like a lot of photos of stars in magazines and on line....by the time they’ve sculpted a photo out it’s actually not even close to real.... rather a character drawing.
Whoever worked on this didn’t do her any service.....it’s really bad.
