Downtown San Diego — Jane Elliott is used to speaking her mind. At 85, the fiery anti-racism activist doesn’t wait for an introduction before stealing the microphone at a packed San Diego event Saturday. “Can I say something yet?” she asks the event’s organizer, the Rev. Shane Harris, who’s been delivering announcements and awards at the podium for the past half hour.
The People’s Alliance for Justice is holding a reception to honor Women’s History Month, shining a spotlight on five women who are leading social justice in San Diego. But Elliott is the headliner.

No one having an event that includes a “candid conversation on race” is interested in an honest candid conversation on race.
Why not?
Elliott’s speech was direct and rattling. Her overarching message is that racism can be destroyed through education because it is fueled by ignorance more than hate. It’s a topic she’s as passionate about today as she was 50 years ago. Even her sweatshirt carries the message: “Prejudice is an emotional commitment to ignorance.”
“It’s time to get over the idea of different races, there’s only one: the human race,” Elliott said.
The tiny white-haired woman seemed to captivate her audience, who chorused in approval throughout the speech.
The event also honored five women who are fighting on behalf of civil rights and social justice in San Diego.
When leftists say “conversation”, they really mean shut up while I lecture you.

Yep. She also routinely uses emotional manipulation and bullying during corporate “trainings” to reduce adults to tears over their “guilt” regarding their “racism.” And among other things, she has actually tried to argue that the Mercator projection is a racist map (because it makes the countries where the “brown” people live look smaller than they actually are). She’s a total nut and “progressive” bully.
When you hear the words “social justice”, break out the tar and feathers.

Oddly enough, I’ve said the same thing for about 30 years. Skin color is just a paint job. Sure, some of us are white F150’s, some of us are red Lambo’s... but we’re all still the same underneath.
