Neither the NeverTrump Right nor the Progressive Left has yet offered a coherent defense of their de facto, three-year-long singular effort to delegitimize and ultimately remove Trump from office before the 2020 election.
We are now in the midst of a systematic effort to impeach a president on the basis of a thought crime. Trump’s purported quid pro quo sin was issuing a temporary hold on military assistance to Ukraine that supposedly transcended legitimate worries about rampant corruption—to include specifically investigating the suspicious behavior of a corrupt Ukrainian oil company and the compromised relationship of former Vice President Joe Biden and his son around it.
The anti-Trump writ is that it is impeachable even to delay to the Ukrainians lethal military assistance while citing the need to investigate the corruption of Ukrainians, including the career of Hunter Biden, whose father, the former vice president and “point man” on Ukraine, is now running for president.
Supposedly irrelevant to this inquiry is the prior policy of denying military aid to Ukraine, intervening in Ukrainian politics to fire a prosecutor by threatening a cutoff of even nonmilitary aid, and ignoring that the vice president’s son served as a lucrative functionary with a corrupt Ukrainian company while his father was adjudicating U.S. aid to Ukraine.
So why this disconnect? The reason is not “Ukraine,” merely the latest iteration in a long series of efforts, but rather existential hatred.

In a nutshell? Trump is draining The Swamp, and The Swamp is panicking.
Remember the Clinton came to power in the 1990s. Who knows just how deep the corruption and the rot goes after 30 year?
I think the answer is simple: Godlessness. The Left is Godless, and that leaves them constantly on shifting sands. We can expect them to always be agitated and angry, similar to Muslims.
VDH is one of those people I would hope to meet and talk to before I die.
For the Deep State it boils down to two things. First is hatred for the president who is taking their globalist DC “playground” away from them, and second is their intense fear this president will expose their criminal and treasonous activities they’ve committed against this country!
Hatred has nothing to do with it.
This is all about corrupt individuals who do not want to go to prison.
I should say fully expose all of their bad deeds. President Trump has awakened many Americans to the existence of the Deep State and is slowly exposing them!
The Commies need to feel the hatred that I hold for them.
His cousin and namesake and my father were both involved in the battle of Sugar Loaf Hill in 1945 as US Marines, but they were in different companies so never would have met. His cousin was killed in the battle. My father was wounded but survived.

We weren’t supposed to be able to elect a President who would secure the borders and enforce the laws.
Both parties have been pursuing a bipartisan policy of non-enforcement that is fundamentally changing the country against the will of the citizens.
The GOP had always put up amnesty candidate and were going to again had Donald Trump not been moved by Divine Providence to set aside his career and save this country from the Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA).
We are already 30 million people down that road.
A president who loves the country, who knows who its enemies are and tries to stop them, who wants Blacks to get jobs and not be dependent, and he’s the one who receives so much hate.

Actually, it’s the corrupt individuals who are orchestrating the hatred.

I’ve wondered why women marry prison inmates.

It is not an impeachment. It is a coup to get rid of a duly and legally elected President that they did not approve .
Trump has angered the globalist establishment masters that fund and control most Dems and Republicans in Congress and the entire political establishment.
