12,000 years ago, Ireland was under a slab of ice a mile thick. The world got along without Ireland then, it’ll get along without Ireland in the future. Slab least, Ireland.

Chesterton was right. When people stop believing in God, they will believe anything. The people have lost their faith. The homosexual perversions within the Catholic Church has resulted in neo pagan, decadent Ireland.

“...Chesterton was right. When people stop believing in God, they will believe anything ...”

I thought it was Tolstoy that said that?

Actually, warmer temperatures might be a good thing for humanity. Longer growing seasons for food, cold tends to kill more people than warm, etc.

Just saying....

Ireland has gone from one of the most conservative countries in Europe to one of the most liberal in a blink of an eye!

What happened?

Well, people were persuaded that pedophilia doesn't happen.
When they came to to conclusion that it didn't happen they stopped looking for it.
When they stopped looking for it, it proliferated in all places including the church.

Fabulously wealthy oligarchs with designs on recreating the world was a hedonistic paradise for the ultra rich attacked the church by beginning to expose the pedophilia which they had planted throughout society in places where it was connected to the church.

Members of both the clergy and the laity decided to cover up what was or had been happening under the misguided and unbiblical notion that hiding that from the light would somehow defend the church.

In so doing, they didn't defend the church they shattered the church.

Hiding John Paul II’s out right refusal to do anything even when confronted by groups of people who actually had been abused by priests and then later canonizing the guy didn't create an example to follow as the laity had hoped.

Instead it brought down a huge sledgehammer on the back of the church.

That's how.

A condition was created which spun off scandal and villainy throughout the whole of society, and the Church handled the part which splashed up on them as bad as it would be possible to handle it.

“For the planet” is an excuse by liberals to gain power.
Can democracy survive climate change?
To face the invisible enemy, experts say there might be a need for “sweeping powers.”

So they crushed the institution of the church as well as its values and replaced them with postmodernism.

So, what’s the next chapter?

Maybe a while before the “Gods of the Copybook Headings” return.

Chesterton actually said, “Those who stand for nothing will fall for anything.” IDK what Tolstoy said.

Freaked about questionable speculation on climate, but voted to OK homosexual marriage and abortion.

They’re lost, they are.
