Major League Baseball umpire Rob Drake is apologizing for a tweet that landed him in hot water. Drake tweeted earlier this week that he would be "buying an AR-15" and warned of "Cival War" if President Trump is impeached from office. He later deleted it and now appears to have shut down his Twitter account.
"I want to personally apologize to everyone that my words made feel less safe," Drake said in a statement obtained by ESPN Thursday night. "I also acknowledge and apologize for the controversy this has brought to Major League Baseball, my fellow umpires, and my family. I never intended to diminish the threat of violence from assault weapons, or violence of any kind."
"I'm going to learn from this," he added.

IMHO there is nothing for him to apologize about.
But it’s OK for LeBron James to shout during the National Anthem.
Yeah.. who does he think he is, thinking he could get away with calling for violence?

He can start by learning how to spell five-letter words correctly.

He wasn’t calling for violence, he was warning what will happen if they remove President Trump with this circus act.
People would be wise to shut down twitter and facebook accounts. Nothing but trouble. If you are going to post, at least have some anonymity.

Hate to break it to MLB and the demonrat party but if Trump is impeached I’m done playing their game and I’m calling my own shots. That’ll seem enough like civil war to satisfy all concerned...
He also is reported to have said, “...and I am a total fricking coward and am holding my blls in my one hand with the other thumb up my a__hole while I suck up spit from the floor.”
