If you don’t believe the Deep State Coup Cabal is getting very nervous right now, you’re not paying close enough attention. – The plotters are very, very nervous indeed, and for good reason. Remember that even the Deep State mouth organ New York Time reported on Saturday that bad actors like John Brennan, James Comey and James Clapper were lawyering up in anticipation of the Horowitz report on FISA abuse and the ongoing investigation into the origins of Spygate by Attorney General William Barr and U.S. Attorney John Durham.
The contrast between a couple of TV interviews over the last 24 hours provides a stark example of the very palpable panic beginning to set in among the Coup Cabal plotters: One of GOP Texas Rep. John Ratcliffe, one of the main players in the 2017-18 House investigations into the Obama-era abuses, and the second of Obama DNI James Clapper, one of the major players in the never-ending coup. Below, you will find clips of both interviews, along with transcripts of each. The contrast of the comparative composure and messages of the two men is stark, and even a little startling. Ratcliffe: I do. This is not a coincidence that it’s happening at the same time. Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report looks into potential FISA abuse. You’ll remember that Republicans put out a memo that said that Obama Administration officials in the DOJ and the FBI appeared to have abused the FISA Act in court to obtain surveillance on Carter Page.
Democrats put out a memo saying that’s a bunch of nonsense, that the DOJ and FBI did everything right and how dare Republicans malign good people like Peter Strzok and Bruce Ohr. So, we’re going to find out who was telling the truth.
I think these two things are related, that the work done by Michael Horowitz could result in criminal referrals even though the report hasn’t been released. The referrals could have already been made, but regardless, John Durham had to let Michael Horowitz finish this work.
And I think that when people read the IG’s pending report, it will be very clear why the Durham investigation has now moved to a criminal probe which will allow him to empanel a grand jury and bring in witnesses, and perhaps ultimately bring criminal charges.
Doocey: Could it also show coordination within the agencies and perhaps with the Obama White House?
Ratclife: All of those things are possible, as you know, based on text messages and testimony that is there. Look, there’s been one inconsistency after another in terms of sworn testimony and documents that have been produced.
Just as one example, Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson, the person behind the Steele Dossier, testified before congress that he’d never met Bruce Ohr until Thanksgiving, after the [2016] election. Bruce Ohr told me in sworn testimony that he and Mr. Simpson met in August, months before the election, to talk about the dossier. So, someone very clearly not telling the truth, and there’s a lot of low-hanging fruit there that John Durham and Michael Horowitz have been looking at.
Again, at the end of the day, I think that those of us who have said that this is not a bunch of nonsense are going to be vindicated in both of the reports that are forthcoming.
Doocey: The NYTimes says the criminal investigation raises alarms that the President is using the DOJ to go after his political enemies.
Ratcliffe: Well, the DOJ was used to go after enemies, but it was in the prior administration, and that’s what the focus of this is. All of these things, all of these questions began to occur before Donald Trump was ever elected President, when he was candidate Trump. And so the things that we’re looking at took place and can be verified to be before Donald Trump ever put his hand on the Bible and became our President.
The fact that we need to look at the origins of something like this, and someone like Bill Barr was troubled by the lack of a predicate to investigate Donald Trump as a candidate is really what has lit the fuse behind this. Many of us – Trey Gowdy, Devin Nunes, myself and others – have been saying that what has happened here is that the Obama Administration took a vital national security tool, the FISA Act, and they misused it to surveil for political reasons, and I think the IG’s report is going to say whether or not we were right when we raised those questions.
As you can see, Ratcliffe is completely composed. No visible or audible nervousness, no stuttering or stammering through carefully-prepared talking points, none of the body language of an obvious liar. This is a man who is very confident in the truth of his position on the matter.
Now, contrast that with Clapper, who appeared on CNN Thursday night with Deep State toady Anderson Cooper:

Cooper: And you just heard about this.
Clapper: Yes, I,I,I just, uh, uh, you know, read the clip on, uhhh, a-about 20 minutes ago. Ummm, I found the ti, the timing interesting, uh, given the, uh, increasing heat, uh, around the impeachment inquiry. And so, uhhh, it, it, uh, the timing’s i-i-interesting, I’ll just let it go at that.
And the other thing I, I wonder about is whether we’re talking about the overall, i-i-investigation, the Russian, uh, the,uh, reporting on the Russian, uhhh, interference, o, or are we talking about the counterintelligence investigation that was launched in July [2016] by the, by the FBI, about potential, uhhh, engagement and collusion, whatever you want to call it between the Russians and, and the Trump Campaign.
That, my friends, is a very, very nervous man, a guy who is obviously struggling to recite carefully-scripted talking points from memory; a man who is so nervous he can barely put 3-4 words together; a man with all of the facial tics and body language of a not-very-convincing prevaricator. This from a guy, Clapper, who, as a highly-paid “contributor” to CNN, has made dozens if not hundreds of live appearances on that channel over the past three years, and is normally very composed and loquacious.
Nervous, indeed. Maybe even frightened.
What about the other major players in the Coup Cabal, you might ask? What about, say, John Brennan, who is normally all over Twitter shouting about everything that happens?
John Brennan hasn’t issued a single tweet since October 18, a full week ago. Odd.
Well, what about James Comey, our National Teenage Drama Queen who also has regularly used his Twitter account to respond to major developments in the whole never-ending coup saga?
James Comey has issued one tweet since October 17, and it was about a visit he made to an Alabama cemetery. Weird.
Of course, if these guys and the other Coup Cabal plotters have indeed lawyered up this week, then good lawyers would have told each and every one of them to just shut the hell up. They could have used such good legal advice long ago.

If anyone attempts to bring attention to Hillary’s substantial part in plotting this coup, he could be found dead on the street. No wonder he’s nervous.
The next 2 steps needed before I consider this to be more than a Lois Lerner situation is (1) subpoena to testify before the DOJ and (2) a search warrant for all cell phone messages and texts for James Clapper about the investigation of Trump Russia collusion. If these two events happen, then William Barr is definitely serious.
