With all the excitement surrounding the idea of freedom these days, it seems a strange time to step in opposition to it.
It wasn’t so long ago that a single tweet in support of the Hong Kong students threw the NBA into a firestorm of controversy, pitting their profit motive against standing with students wanting freedom.
Students wanting freedom. What could possibly be more American than that, right?
That’s what the group of students starting up a local chapter of YAF thought on the day their guest speaker showed up to headline the launch.
Who was their guest speaker? None other than Col. Allen B. West.

Thanks....I’ll be contacting them. That’s where my youngest graduated from HS. We lived in Garland her entire yrs in public school. I read “Texas school” and thought...”no...it can’t be...” and IT IS.
I was pretty involved with school activities thru 2012 and it surely has changed in just 7 years. It sickens me.
