McRaven said this about HRC 2 years after the Benghazi Betrayal.
McRaven has also come out in support of former (?) Communist and ex-CIA Director John Brennan, the most likely originator of the deep state coup against President Trump.
I am also making the safe assumption that McRaven was offered a high cabinet post in an HRC administration, and his grapes are very sour.

But, about the forces McRaven commanded; he was the special warfare commander for the entire Military and he came from the Navy SEALS. He never commanded a ship, he commanded special warfare troops. Retired military entitled to pay have always been subject to the UCMJ. It's rarely applied, but I know of one instance where a retired senior NCO was court martialed for an offense he committed on a military installation.
