You don’t know anything about what your talking about, and obviously when the SHTF you’re not likely to last very long. The dummies don’t last very long when the actual fighting starts. But, about the forces McRaven commanded; he was the special warfare commander for the entire Military and he came from the Navy SEALS. He never commanded a ship, he commanded special warfare troops.
