The number of homicides declined by 6.1%; the rate went down by even more than that, to 5.0 per 100,000.The numbers of CCW citizens increased by hundreds of thousands and the number of legally owned guns increased by over a million.
The NRA membership increased, so more evil people carrying more "ugly assault weapons of war" lowered the murder rate. Hmmmmm?
