Fifteen years ago I was watching the first grandchild at Kohl’s..
I was outside waiting for mom and grandma to finish shopping...
I told my daughter MA had the worst looking women...
Fifteen years later nothing has changed.
I was living in Colorado at the time

My travels say South Carolina and California..
Easy answer: the state with the best looking woman is always the state in which my bride lives or is visiting. She’s a native Mainer, and still turning heads at 68. Thank you, Jesus.
Around thirty years ago there was a pretty little girl from South Carolina working at a Summer retreat. I would guess she was 18 or 19. She had blonde hair, probably bleached.
Every time I saw her she was hard at work, scrubbing floors of the main hotel and headquarters. Always working. I remember one day I saw her on a ladder scrubbing the brass hoods of the huge fireplaces.
One day I stopped and mentioned to her that I had never seen her when she wasn’t hard at work. She agreed and said she was taught hard work by her parents.
Koreans are beautiful...
I haven’t been to enough places to know, but Texas would be my bet.
I used to live Chicago downtown. Walk on Michigan Ave. during the warmer months and there is no way one would say “Illinois women are the ugliest in the country,” — after your neck is straighten out by a chiropractor!
I went to one political meeting that seemed like a Miss Korea in California contest. Dear Lord, my neck was sore.
That’s not unusual in high school and college soccer. It’s a running game played by people of ordinary size. Serious soccer players are seriously fit. Fitness is a plus three on the standard 1-10 attractiveness scale.
In my experience KY has fast women and beautiful horses.
Better info is what states are where marriages the strongest/where guys are divorce raped the least.

I found out later that one of those girls’ Mother was a former Miss Georgia.
South Kackalacky lowlands. The women there might not be the best looking but I’ve known a few who had absolute hearts of gold. A few of them girls fed me, put a roof over my head and gave me a pallet on the floor, pure loving-kindness.

It used to be California had the most beautiful women because the weather contributed to healthy women. Now drug addicted homeless and illegal alien women make up a large percentage of the women in California. To make matters worse, many people are fleeing the state leaving a lot of liberal clipped hair mean women (description credit to Michael Savage) remaining.
I have heard that exact same sentiment before!
