At the Great Frederick Fair in Frederick , Maryland, a 15-year-old assaulted and killed an innocent man.
The father of the killer said:
“My son is not an animal. He’s never been in trouble. He made a mistake. He’s only 15. I feel for the other family. They lost a loved one. My son doesn’t deserve to spend the rest of his life in prison.”

Why do we play these “games” of finding anything beyond “he punched him for no reason” necessary to talk about or charge?

We spent a couple of nights out in that part of Maryland touring the Antietam battlefield and hanging out. Seemed a real nice, quiet part of the country. Very different from Eastern Maryland. Sure wouldn’t think of something like this happening.

The father is an ignorant racist putz. Your kids did this? Both sons committed assault, the second blow killed the man.
