It appears that politicians are actually entirely above the law. I think there is an unwritten law between the parties.

I’m not sure about the emoluments clause, but he sure would have been convicted of a felony under the Obama Administration’s perversion of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Bagpipes Bill will prolly just drone on and take no notice.
Yet again, a Democrat has personified hypocrisy.
