New England Patriots defensive end Michael Bennett invoked the Marvel Cinematic Universe movie Black Panther during his player intro on Sunday Night Football.
During the introduction of the Patriots defensive starters, where players typically state their name and the college they went to, Bennett opted for a different idea.
Michael Bennett, Wakanda Forever! Bennett shouted, crossing his arms to emulate the salute given by characters in the movie.

Integrity? ‘eff that! What da’ hell is that? Druggies, thuggies and wife beaters unite! It’s all about the Ws, baby. Sign ‘em and play ‘em until they self-destruct and then dump ‘em. Just meat on the hoof...
Well stated.
Tawanda,,
Of Course!
Exactly like that. I am not minimizing black Americans role in our collective culture and history, but things like this are merely aiming at separatism
Well, he is an adult getting paid ludicrous sums to play a children’s game.
His IQ exactly matched the target audience.
Everybody behaves for Belichick. Everybody.
Not true, Aaron Hernandez, players taking knee during anthem.
The burning question is which is greater? Michael Bennett’s I.Q. or his current jersey number? I would bet on the “under”.

14 games.
It went to 14 c.1961.

Interesting.
As far as increasing profits, I’m not a fan of Thursday night games.
But then I have lost so much interest in a sport i loved only a few years ago.
Don’t know if it’s because of the antics.
I lost interest in casinos and I LIVED for those for many years.
I guess even at 51 priorities can change.
Plus being a Jet fan DOES KILL your love of the sport :)
Being a Lions fan does that to you, as well.
I started following Jets at about 12 years old.
Then when I got to 20 I joked I would never see them IN a superbowl, no less win one.
Then I joked again in my 30s.
Then my 40s.
Now I’m 51 and it’s looking all too real.
Well at least the Jets have won one SB.
Hes actually very smart with his money....in a way
He saves his checks and lives off budgeted money made from earnings from before
He deposits at the end of season
About 60 million gross so probably 40 million in his pocket after agent and tax
He misses interest which is substantial but it does show fiscal restraint
He is from Louisiana and Houston
His mother had five kids by aged 20
Hes got decent common sense but hes known as mercurial
