I am very, very confused. Wasn't it Trump himself who laughed off all this buying Greenland talk, basically implying it was just a joke? And now he's cancelling meetings with Denmark's leader because they won't discuss the sale??
I know -- 4D chess and all that -- but this one's got me baffled...

And now he's cancelling meetings with Denmark's leader because they won't discuss the sale?? That's not what he said. He said because the Prime Minister was so quick and concise to point out Denmark would not even negotiate there was no reason to hold a meeting now so he was postponing it. To President Trump negotiation is diplomacy. You don't perfunctory tell him you will not negotiate about anything. Bang!
