Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) told me yesterday that he’d advised President Trump it would be a huge mistake, substantively and politically, to withdraw all U.S. military members from Afghanistan by the 2020 election.
What he's saying: "When it comes to the election of 2020. I think it would be very easy for the president to defend leaving a counterterrorism force that was recommended by our military and intelligence community, to protect the homeland after the debacle in Iraq."
"It would be hard, in my view, and a high-risk strategy, to reject such advice for political reasons," Graham added. "As to debating Joe Biden, I think it would be easy for President Trump to remind people that: Aren’t you the guy, Biden, who said it was OK to leave Iraq, that led to the rise of ISIS?”
"If he does the same thing that Obama-Biden did, then he’s lost that difference and he owns this. It’s a high risk strategy."
Why it matters: Of all the foreign-policy hawks in the Republican Party, Graham is among a tiny group that has maintained close relations with Trump.

Lindsay is trying to team up with gun grabber bloomenthal to try to encourage president to accept red flag laws-
If we don’t stay in Afghanistan, the deep state will lose on their highly lucrative war on drugs.
The Feds running the deep state need this war to continue in perpetuity. Drug crimes feed the criminal justice system , prisons, money laudering banks, and the police state agencies.
Everyone in federal government wins. The agents keep their jobs, the bank regulators fine the banks but never ever close them, and U.S. keeps its dubious distinction of the biggest prison system in the world.
Drugs are a source of hard money. With the treasury running a debt over 21T and some 20+T “missing” as long as the drug business is good, so are the busts. So why is fentanyl the preferred drug now, well is highly concentrated which means more doses per pound and that translates into a great store of value.
So, what happens when they make a bust? On tv it’s burned or destroyed, right? Yeah, right!

Linda sure like to tell Trump what to do. How do we change Linda’s mind so he stops spouting off this crap (gun control, perpetual war, amnesty)?
