I doubt that.
In 2016 she had only one significant contender — Sanders — and a lock on the special delegates, and she still lost the presidency.
She would not want to face the defeat facing the nearly-one-dozen remaining Dems.
In her NY Senate race, she had little real competition. In 2008 she faced Obama and lost.
Now, if their convention deadlocks, they might ask her then, but I doubt any of the non-Clinton sycophants want her anywhere near the debates/primaries.

Too funny. She’d have to be mad, which she most certainly is. Although to be honest she’s better than the current bunch competing to be Trump Chow - in the same way a cooked worm in your stew is better than live wriggling ones (sounded better in my head LOL).
Run Hillary, run. Election Night in 2016 was bloody marvelous, and I’d love a repeat of that.
