The top echelon of staffers at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee left their jobs Monday, a shakeup following a pair of POLITICO stories detailing deep unease with the party’s campaign apparatus over a lack of diversity.
On Monday morning, Allison Jaslow, DCCC executive director and a close ally of Rep. Cheri Bustos (D-Ill.) — chair of the committee — resigned during a tense meeting at the party’s Capitol Hill headquarters. And in the next 10 hours, much of the senior staff was out: Jared Smith, the communications director and another Bustos ally; Melissa Miller, a top DCCC communications aide; Molly Ritner, political director; Nick Pancrazio, deputy executive director; and Van Ornelas, the DCCC’s director of diversity.

Because Diversity can only be destructive: whatever IS is insufficiently or inexactly diverse.
Whatever IS must therefore be destroyed in order to make it MORE Diverse.
And there is no conceivable or measurable end to it. Yesterday's Diversity is today's intolerable lack of Diversity.
Diversity is the destruction of Good; and it is the destruction of all types of Good - however defined. All are chewed up and spat out by Diversity.
Diversity is the promotion of chaos by the destruction of Good; and then there-naming of chaos as Good.
Won’t it be awesome when the only people diverse enough to be running the show at the Dems are blind, deaf and dumb, wheelchair bound, minority, transgender, lgbtqx people, preferably illegals?

We should all remind the DCCC that mentally ill people are an oppressed minority—they should reverse hundreds of years of discrimination by requiring _all_ of their leaders and employees to be mentally ill!
(I know, I know, folks around here think they have already met that quota. ;-) )
White women no longer count towards meeting “diversity” goals.

16 months out from an election is not the best time to remove all of your senior staff.
The chaos of a re-organization will slow them down for months while the new staff figures things out.
Stupid move, of course, but helpful for our side.
