There is a company in my town where the CEO embezzled millions. However, the CEO also kept a running journal of the crimes of the partners. When the partners realized what was going on, the CEO quit, moved out of state, and informed the partners that they would all go down together.
The CEO kept the funds and the partners stayed out of jail.
The entire political landscape in America is corrupt. Comey and Co will never answer, because they would all go down together.

He probably leaked his memos to Bob Mueller too since he met with Mueller prior to testifying to Congress on June 8, 2017. Mueller had been appointed Special Counsel on May 16th or 17th of 2017. At some point, it is reported that Comey became a witness for Mueller’s obstruction of justice investigation, but I’m sure he wasn’t a witness at the time he met with Mueller.
