"We are in no doubt"
Lead Judge Dame Victoria Sharp On Imprisoning Tommy Robinson For Live Streaming Outside A Child Rape Gang Trial In Leeds, England July 11, 2019 In the end Tommy Robinson was sent back to prison again with a judge saying Tommy had "lied" and stressing what she claimed to be the "gravity" of the case.
The time he will serve in prison was cut due to the previous imprisonment last year and other rules like early release of prisoners.
The full sentence nine months.
But in the end a definite prison sentence estimated to be nine and a half weeks.
Court costs will also be imposed on Tommy Robinson with the amount still to be finally determined as prosecutors asked for a penalty of 25-thousand pounds (31,562 US dollars).
A final call on that coming later after written submissions from the lawyers.
Riot police and a passionate crowd outside the Old Bailey with mainstream media reporting objects being thrown at helmeted police.
Perhaps the real objective of this exercise was revealed in a statement from Britain's Attorney General, a cabinet minister in the government of Prime Minister Theresa May of the Conservative Party. It read in part:
"Posting material online that breaches reporting restrictions or risks prejudicing legal proceedings has consequences, and I would urge everyone to think carefully about whether their social media posts could amount to contempt of court"
Attorney General Geoffrey Cox QC July 11, 2019 Shortly after Noon (7 am Eastern US time) Tommy Robinson left the courtroom headed to prison. A van believed to be carrying him left shortly after 1 pm (8 am Eastern US time) with supporters shouting: "We love you Tommy!"
as the van sped away on a street blocked by police. Later in the afternoon Tommy Robinson phoned his wife to indicate that he is in isolation and safe for the moment.
Protesters moved in the direction of Parliament to protest in the aftermath of the sentencing and continued the protest there at the Carriage Gates. And more rallies will be held outside any prison or prisons that Tommy will be sent to.
Reaction from many quarters but from the working class political party "For Britain" this statement from its legal department regarding Tommy Robinson's case reading in part:
"...But what lesson will people take away from the show? No doubt the milkshake throwers and sanctimonious rape-gang enablers will be gleeful. But the irony as the most publicly vilified man in Britain faces being sent to prison for asking rapists how they feel will not be lost on the wider British public.
We are now a country that creates bespoke laws to silence political figures. Our legal system, which centuries ago pretty much invented the rule of law, and even a few decades ago was rightly regarded as its gold standard has been very publicly downgraded to tin pot and the UK has taken one more step away from democracy"
They’d better hope nothing happens to him.
They worst part is they LIED about what he did even though they had the evidence in hand showing it not to be true (that he called on his followers to be vigilantes against the rapists).
This is all so insane. No sane person can say that what he did, when he did it, would have ANY impact on a trial. Of course, what is lost here is that all of these Muslim rape gang trials are going on unreported - the court “restrictions” are just a formal dig whistle to the MSM to not report on them. Nobody in the country has any idea of the wide scale of the problem and just how many cases are going on. It’s all very deliberate. Tommy’s crime was to not follow the plot.
Many are ready to act in civil disobedience. If something happens to him, God forbid, it isn’t going to be peaceful. Neither should it be.
“Our legal system, which centuries ago pretty much invented the rule of law, and even a few decades ago was rightly regarded as its gold standard has been very publicly downgraded to tin pot...”
Yep. We got the concepts of “freedom of speech” and “right to petition for redress of grievances” from the British, and they have now abandoned them.
...not to mention no jury!!!

I have met some wonderful Christians who live in England and they are very distressed with the condition of their country and praying very hard for it.
There is a remnant there.

This isn’t a big ego trip. Life goes on but I have something to add to the discussion and I post it on FR.
No money, no click bait farm.
Just a labor of love when I have the time to do it.
