Some stories can be judged as too gruesome to show on prime-time television—for instance, the horrifying scenes of desperate people jumping from the Twin Towers on September 11. Or the ISIS beheadings a few years ago. Most American networks chose not to show those disturbing scenes. In other cases, the media will choose not to report stories that go against the grain of a certain political narrative. Self-defense stories are a prime example.

They will air anything 'cept nudity.
FYI this is broadcast TV.
They do not refrain from showing gruesome things out of the kindness of their heart.
They just don’t want the public to rise up against anything counter to the NWO agenda.
It works too. Not only did 9/11 be a call to arms for Americans, we ended up creating a police state, taking away just about all the rights granted to us by God and the Constitution, and to this day cow-tow to the muslims.
The networks don’t show what an aborted fetus looks like either for the same reason.
