Do you remember the "Liberator" pistol? Its chambers a crude single-shot .45 ACP used during World War II. The gun was intended to be used among allied resistance fighters in occupied territories. Its small and easily concealed.
When Heizer Defense came out with its pocket pistol, I wondered if they were inspired by the Liberator.
Originally, it chambered a .45 Colt round and a .410 shotshell. HD went on to modularize it so it can fire a .223 Remington and 7.62x39mm via barrel assemblies. Yes, you can change barrels and calibers quickly.
-This single-shot .410 handgun is simple and robust which features a break-open design with a stainless steel or titanium finish. This gun will last several lifetimes.
-One thing that stands out is the exaggerated pistol butt, design to lock the gun into the shooter’s hand. Combined with the low bore axis which makes the gun tolerable when shooting the shotshell or 7.62x39mm rounds.
-The ambidextrous, spring-loaded barrel latch pushes forward to release the barrel’s lower lug, this allows the barrel to pop up whicle under spring pressure. The extractor will pull the empty round partially from the chamber but does not eject it.
-The trigger is a long 13 pound pull.
How's it Shoot?
Heizer Defense claims reliability from the Pocket Shotgun, supporting this by shooting 5,000 rounds through it over two-and-a-half days without a failure. Some tests were done by others not affiliated to HD, here’s what they observed after firing:

Someone should take a close look at the Mexican Mendoza.
It was probably the cheapest way to make a pistol which was still accurate and reliable. It had a lot of stamped sheet metal and plastic. The barrel tho was good quality.

These are the first two stages of the Maoist conception of guerilla war.
This will be a war of assassination and murder, of policemen, officials, collaborators and their families, or threats thereof. The fundamental weapons of these stages, I think, are likely to be the pocket pistol and the bomb, plus whatever can be used for sabotage.
That will cheer me up.
The pistol looks pricey.
1) It’s a single shot.
2) For legality, it must have a rifled barrel, which plays havoc with any shotgun shell pattern other than a slug.
3) With such a short barrel, you won’t get nearly the velocity out of a .410 shotgun shell that you would with a .45 LC cartridge designed for such a short barrel, so the .410 shotgun shell capability is a gimmick.
4) It’s a single shot that costs $399.
There are better options.

The PS-1 in either black or stainless can come in between $300 and $400. But consider this is a single shot weapon and multiple targets are going to be a problem unless they are good enough to line up for you and no more than about three of them back to back. After that, penetration gets a bit limited as it can spread with bone strikes.
