The principal newspaper in Orlando, Fla., where the president is set to kick off his reelection bid Tuesday, has already announced its 2020 White House endorsement: anyone but Donald Trump.
Were here to announce our endorsement for president in 2020, or, at least, who were not endorsing: Donald Trump, the editorial board of the Orlando Sentinel announced Tuesday, hours before Trump is set to appear in the citys Amway Center to launch his campaign for a second term.
Some readers will wonder how we could possibly eliminate a candidate so far before an election, and before knowing the identity of his opponent. Because theres no point pretending we would ever recommend that readers vote for Trump, the editorial board wrote.
After 2½ years weve seen enough. Enough of the chaos, the division, the schoolyard insults, the self-aggrandizement, the corruption, and especially the lies.

I always wondered what it was like when dinosaurs got stuck in tar pits before going extinct.
The Orlando Sentinel gives us a current peek at what extinction is like.
They claim Trump lies, but they never cite a single lie he’s told. But “if you like your plan, you can keep your plan” or “your premiums will go down by $2,500.”
Those are real lies.
I was told years ago, that if you want to be fully informed on any subject, seek out the most generally acclaimed “person of wisdom” in the community, make inquiries of that person that relate to the issue at hand, listen respectfully, even take notes, and thank that person upon completion of your visit.
Then go out and do the exact opposite.
Rarely shall you go wrong.
I see a lot of Huey Long in Trump, but on the conservative side. Trump’s own experience dealing with the crazies on the New York City Council already told him about what’s totally wrong with the Democratic Party.
Agreed... the fact the editorial board of this paper think they hold any sway over a presidential election, shows just how out of touch they are...
If they really didn’t like Trump they’d be better off saying nothing than pulling a Flake moment on their editorial pages...
Stuck on stupid...
I guess they won't be endorsing Barry Hussein 0bama for President in 2012 ...
They’ve started giving the paper away for free. I had to call several times to tell them to quit dumping trash in my driveway.
A newspaper?
So who did the Do-Do Bird endorse? The Sears/Roebuck catalog? Brylcreem? Blockbuster video?
So the Orlando Sentinel has gone on record that they dislike full employment and a terrific economy? You all got that under Trump and you all will lose that if a Democrat wins!
The Buggy Whip Manufacturing Assoc endorses anyone but Trump.
After 2½ years weve seen enough. Enough of the chaos, the division, the schoolyard insults, the self-aggrandizement, the corruption, and especially the lies.
Are you describing yourself? It certainly sound like it!
The Sentinel is owned by Tribine Publishing.
Nuff said.
He should hold up a copy of the news crapper editorial at his campaign tonight while pointing to the media to further highlight the fact it is the enemy.
They should win the Profiles in Courage Award!
They'd like an Anti-American Candidate.
Clinton STILL will NEVER be president and the Newspaper is STILL dying a slow death. Editorial boards are always a bunch of childish losers who are prostitutes for liberalism.

Daddy, what is a newspaper 8-?
Well, a long time ago , it used to serve the public.
Now it just serves up propaganda.
The reason they dump the newspapers in your driveway like that, is they can claim that paper as part of their circulation.
I was in the newspaper delivery business years ago, and we would regularly deliver a few papers to non subscriber houses, just to cause an uptick in the circulation numbers.
