This seems to be an advertisement for luggage.
How about a synopsis?
Less women? Do you perhaps mean fewer women? Last I heard they outnumber us slightly overall, and dramatically at my age.
Why are there less women?

50.8 percent of the US population is women.
Maybe you should be asking why are there less men.
Why is smaller women and who got the sell?
Women work fewer nights. Women work fewer weekends. Women work less optional overtime.
Guess what? Their paychecks reflect it.
They also avoid dangerous jobs. Men die from workplace accidents at least 10 times more than women.
They always use the excuse that their kid is sick, so, they won’t be coming to work today.
So very Classic of their behavior, and it always happens the day of a major presentation or event.
Then they cry foul when their pay scale is below par. Sad.
Bottom line, I hate articles (or videos) like this because it is absolutely not true that women work less than men. Generally speaking, women do the vast bulk of the household chores and child-raising duties and like it or not, that has to be factored into the equation.
So a women working in the office 30 hours a week is probably still doing more total hours of work than a man who puts in 50 hours a week at the office and then comes home to a prepared meal and his laundry done. Sorry, that's just the way I see it.

Women have choices, men have responsibilities.
fewer nights?...fewer weekends?.....go to any hospital or nursing home and you’ll find mostly women...working quietly on ALL the Holidays and weekends and nights while you are sleeping quietly in your bed....
I always worked full time. After I got my degree I made more money than hubby plus did most of the household chores. I was lucky that he was a firefighter so because of his schedule she was home a lot which meant he took care of the kid when home. So I never had to be guilty about ‘not being there’. He also cooked and did laundry when he was home so I didn’t have to come home from a long day and do that.

Also add in the different types of jobs between men and women.
As a general rule, men are engaged in more hazardous type work than women.
I have not looked at any statistics, but from my observations, single women, no children also work fewer hours.
Why? Because they value their time off more than money.
To each his or her own, just don’t whine about it.
