Following his Philadelphia "kickoff" campaign rally and a Florida fundraising tour, Joe Biden has gone into a state of deep hibernation. His campaign Facebook page shows NO future events scheduled for him. In addition, his OFFICIAL (not parody) website reveals only TWO Biden campaign events scheduled, neither of which includes Biden himself. One is for a group of folks to stand on some street corner in Manchester, NH to hold up Biden signs and the other is for some neighbors to gather for drinks in Media, PA and tell each other how enthusiastic they are for the sleeping Joe Biden. Again, a reminder. This information came from the Biden campaign OFFICIAL website, not the parody website, although it would be easy to confuse the two.

He’s an old man. Non-stop campaigning for 2 years is extremely tiring.
If he has disappeared for a while, Occam’s razor and shaving cream both would indicate he is lacking energy, or even has some serious illness, like Hillary.

Of course they'll fail after a few gaffs, but by then Biden will have weaken the other democrat candidates enough that Bernie will take the nomination.
The press doesn't get it - they're NOT helping democrats by allowing Biden to be ‘teacher's pet’ when it's the ‘other kids’ who have the power of the vote...

Biden is the keynote speaker for the Memorial Day Weekend “Groping Seminar”. Not a public event.
The ‘Campaign Season’ has gotten longer and more expensive every four year period. It would be quite radical if some candidates refused to get caught up in the swirl until very late.
Such a candidate would need to already have several financial backers, so they wouldn’t need to worry about that.
They may be self-funded. I don’t think other first world countries stretch the presidential run across a two, even three year period like we do.
Joe is tired and needs to rest.
He’s taking a page from the Hillary Clinton playbook, hold tiny rallies, interact with the media as seldom as possible, and take lots of time off.
