In the new John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, Keanu Reeves' is getting a badass vixen backup in the form of Halle Berry’s Sofia. This actress is no stranger to action franchises, see her in the X-Men movies and Swordfish. For John Wick3, Halle Berry had to up her game for the role and that meant going through some seriously intense firearms, hand-to-hand training which you can see in the video.
Halle Berry was quick to say that she learned some serious skills training for John Wick3. Watching her performance out on the range, you can tell she had been working hard at it. To "double tap" while on the move takes serious practice. Halle Berry didn't just show up for a half day one time.
Taran Butler of Taran Tactical trained Halle Berry for this rigorous role. Taran will tell you, it was all Berry, he fed her the instruction she just went out and put in the hard work.

I liked the first JW, but #2 seemed more of a video game. I’d rather see a Constantine 2....
Regardless of how good or bad the movie is, it’s nice to see a really hot woman wielding a gun that way...in this training video, I’ve not seen nor will I see the movie on the big screen
John Wick Chapter One was pretty good.
I watched it several times on cable and enjoyed it each time.
Chapter Two was kind of tedious, and I only watched it once.
I have a feeling that Chapter Three is going to move from theaters to cable TV very quickly.

The “parabellum” in the title of John Wick: Chapter 3 comes from the Latin Si vis pacem, para bellum — translation: If you desire peace, prepare for war, a line spoken by one of the movie’s great character actors. As effective as that line is, though, my favorite is a much simpler one that comes from our hero, John Wick (Keanu Reeves), when he’s asked, “What do you need?”
His answer?“Guns. Lots of guns.”Oh. Hell. Yes.[...]No one, though, is more welcome than Halle Berry, who plays Sofia, one of the unfortunates who owes Wick a favor. Unlike her appearance in the Kingsman franchise, where she seems to be waiting around for a better movie role, JW3 serves up Berry’s best role since, well, maybe ever.
In most cases, when a woman gets in on the action, you have to suspend disbelief to believe a 105 pound female can take on a platoon of hurly-burly men. As diminutive as Berry is, and as good she fills out those leather pants, I still bought her every move, head shot, and bone break. You can tell she trained every bit as hard as Reeves, and it shows, especially in those long takes where no cheating is allowed.
If anyone is interest in this type of shooting, look up Action Shooting International (ASI). It is a relaxed, fun action shooting. Timed and scored, but not with the rigorous rules.

Constantine: I like the animated stories but I particularly enjoy Biblically based or inspired stories.

So, I already goofed on my prediction that Chapter Three would do badly in the theaters.
Chapter Three rang up $150 million in world wide ticket sales in just three days.
Chapter Two did $170 million - in two YEARS!
Chapter One did $88 million - in five YEARS!
The production budget for Chapter Three was just $55 million, so they are going to make a lot of money on this film.
I consider her a porn star. Soft porn, but porn, nonetheless.
I know...totally ruined immersion. Featherweight lady takes on trained thug. In movie she round house kicks him across room. In reality, thug snaps bird bones neck 180 degrees, drops twitching body and moves on, wondering what that was all about, probably being reminded about an angry ex.
