VIDEO
On May 2, 2019 I discovered hundreds of baby frogs had invaded my patio. As mysteriously as they arrived, hours later they all split. If you have any ideas on why so many frogs arrived in my patio and then later just as mysteriously all left, please let me know in the comments below.

Good thing all the frogs split before Mrs. Frog Murderer came home.

They must of morphed out of pollywog form nearby. Do you have any pools of water—even small ones (under a bush, in a gully, etc.)?
Frog populations do this as a matter of survival. When they all reach adult size at the same time, it’s harder for predators to eat them all, vice picking them off one by one.
As another survival mechanism, they soon head to the tall grass separately, like the GOPe trying not to support Trump.

They're rain frogs.
IIRC, you live in Broward county in south Florida. You just had a bunch of rain yesterday.
Rain clouds then frogs. It's the cycle of nature.
Frogs eggs hatch when there are puddles. They turn into tadpoles and then tiny frogs.
We get them by the bazillions on our farm in the hot rainy season. Afterwards, they create a cacophony of croaks that can be very loud.
Happens all over Florida this time of year.

Yeah, we had a lot of rain yesterday. BUT don’t they have to go thru the tadpole stage first after hatching?
